Four GrkMers Ineligible For Syracuse Encounter Four Penn State freshman foot ball players today were declared ineligible for the rest of the 1944 season because of scholastic diffi culties and will not face Syracuse at Syracuse, N. Y., tomorrow af ternoon, according to Coach Bob Higgins. Two of the four freshmen were starters. They are Fullback A 1 Bellas and Quarterback Joe Draz enovich. The other two players are substitute Tackle John Baker and Guard Mark Maystrovich. Coach Higgins expects to start the same lineup he sent against West Virginia last week, except for the replacements for Drazen ovich and Bellas.
