Kel ler '43, Panhellenic Council presi dent, announced last night. Suggested at Panhel Council meeting last week, the plan was discussed at individual house meet ings and approved by the majority, according to Miss Keller. Following IFC's plan, one repre sentative from each house will be delegated each month to purchase stamps for the entire house at Stu dent Union and distribute them to members. The fraternity stamp drive netted approximately $465 this month, ac cording to Robert H. P.
