We, The Women, Charm 634 Not Essential Here Boiled down, the conclusion reads, if you want a husband and want him quick, steer clear of college—at least, one that doesn't offer Charm 634! Marriage possibilities decrease 50';;,, according to recent statis tics, when a woman gets her col lege degree. Charm has been suggested to offset this terrific handicap. Per haps that is why so many wom en's colleges incorporate charm courses in their curricula. That leaves co-educational in stitutions behind the eight-ball and the daily information coeds get about accepting male temp erament equailinv.: a minus quan tity.. Argument for women's colleges, aided by the belief that every woman is gunning for her No. 1 Object in life, would seem to be advanced by these statistics. Perhaps we should submit Penn State statistics to disprove the prevalent theory—two out of every three alumnae married be tween 1921 and 1935, and more than 53 married to Penn State graduates!
