We thought, after last year's Artie temperatures -in Atherton Hall, something would be done. But apparently it is easier to let coeds huddle together for warmth than correct the heating system. It takes a dormitory housemeet ing .to bring out the deep dark se crets in a coed's life. Latest hint on improper dining room etiquette came in an announcement at a recent housemeeting which asked coeds not to throw bread from table to table. Amazement was the reaction to the announcement that a smoking room would be available in the Home Economics Building. Can it be that the powers behind the ovens are human after all? It's beginning to look as if coeds could use a few machines to finish the garments they started two months ago. 'Talks To Home Emirs "Since women control the poc ketbooks of America, newspapers and magazines appeal to them in advertisements, thus making it possible for women in fields such as home economics to sell feature articles to them," Prof. Franklin C. Banner, head of the Journalism Department, explained to home economics freshman women Wednesday.
