CLASS OF '25 NOV. 18 SELECTED AS HALF-HOLIDAY Student Council Allows Tribunal To Act Temporarily With Present System Saturday morning, November 18, his been designated as the regular football half-holiday this year by ac tion of Student Council and Student Board at regular meetings this week. The Student Tribunal will be al lowed to operate for two or three weeks under the present plan, and after that time the tribunal will elect a permanent president, the council decided. It was also pointed out that freshmen must wear their R. 0. T. C. hats at all times when they wear the uniform. The council accepted the action of Student Board in approving the for mation of the Non-Fraternity Associa tion. The appointment of Albert J. MacDonell '35 to serve as representa tive on the College committee on grounds and buildings was approved. The group sanctioned the restrict ing of the annual freshman donee to members of the first-year class. Admission to the function will be se cured only through matriculation tickets. Gerald C. Borland, '34, Albert Deane '35 and Chester W. Moore '36, were named as members of the student-fac ulty committee on scholastics ethics.
