Page Four EXAMINATION SCHEDULE Classes for the second semester will end at 5 o’clock Friday afternoon, . May 2G, 1933. Examinations for courses m which seniors only arc enrolled : will begin at 8 o’clock Wednesday morning, May 24, and in other courses at 8 o’clock Saturday morning, May 27. Grades dor graduating seniors arc due at the Registrar’s office at 8 o’clock Thursday morning, dune 1. Special examinations will he arranged by the instructors concerned for those seniors who have examinations scheduled after Wednesday, May 31. Any student having two examinations scheduled at the same lime or three examinations scheduled on the same day is required to report the fact in person at the office of the Registrar on the special form provided there. To receive adjustment, such conflicts must he reported not later than 5 o’clock Friday afternoon, May 12. Notices of adjustment will be available to those students who reported conflicts and will be mailed to heads of departments on Monday, May 15. Conflict cards should be presented to the instructor in charge at the time of the conflict examinations, since they arc official permits to take such examinations. Tho time for those courses listed BY APPOINTMENT should not be arranged until after notices of conflict adjustments are available. The dates of these special examinations will bo announced by the instructors concerned. Tho room designation SEE LIST means that definite assignments will bo announced later by the department. McAndrews, graduate student, reveals. More tennis courts about the cam pus should be provided, faculty opinion shows, and a definite schedule for fac ulty use should be devised. Locker, towel, and "shower facilities are also among the requests. Faculty members also feel that def inite periods should be provided in Recreation hall, at which time instruc tion would be given professors by reg ular members of the staff of the School of • Physical Education and Athletics. • ’ . One popular request revealed by the survey was for a compulsory physical examination for all members of the College staff to be given by the Col lego health .service. More handball courts and regular periods for faculty /use were also requested. Many felt that the School of Phy sical Education and Athletics should introduce and supervise an intramural program, including golf, horseshoes, volleyball, mushball, handball, and tennis. Lewis, College librarian; was named chairman of a State-wide committee to establish standards for public library service and certification of librarians at a meeting of a State wide committee • on library service which met at Harrisburg last week; The program of the committee will consist of library extension survey which will ultimately provide better facilities for extension and correspond dencc courses for students of the Col lege, the 1 librarian stated.
