Action on the proposal was with held until Tuesday afternoon, when the Board will meet to consider a plan suggested by President Pfeifer which, he said, would overcome the objection to the change, In the ab sence of definite action on the part of the Board, the student executive ~rely piesented the proposal to Stu dent Council at its meeting Tuesday. night, Student Council will await the decision of the Student Board be fore acting on the proposal.
