People around the campus are constantly bewailing the fact that they have missed some func tion that they have planned to attend, or that some important matter like a class meeting or election has taken place without them. Then they go around blaming everyone else when there is real ly no one to blame but them selves. If they had used their eyes to good advantage, they would have seen a notice of the event of meeting posted on some bulletin board.
