Prof. Wiilard's illustrated lecture On Stellar Evolution, which was given on Saturday night, was one of the most appropriate and iOteresting lectures of the course. A lecture ot this nature serves as a great benefit, not only on account, ot the interest being displayed concerning the ap pearance of Halley's Comet, but also on account of the general lack of knowledge of the heavenly bodies.
