On Saturday morning November
7th Mr. Meredith, -one .of the engi
neering officials of the Pennsylvania

of handling it and preparing it fOr

in a manner which brought •clearly
to the hearers' conception the ex
tended and complex organization
necessary to keep a great railroad
like the Pennsylvania in operation.
Other engineers who have already
promised lectures are as follows:
Mr. I. C. Minick of the Engineering
department of the Pennsylvania rail
road; Mr. F. H. Snow, Chief En
gineer of the Pennsylvania' . Depart
ment of Health; Mr. C. 'F. Nelms,

prominence, of Philadelphia.
Mr. Minick will come here either
