George, 'O4, has been given charge of two departments at the Wisconsin School of Mines, with the rank of vice president. Frank Schuyler, 'O7, visited State College during his holiday vacation. He is located in Cincinnatti with the Allis Chandler Company. H. A. Robbins, 01, is Assistant Electrical Engineer in charge of Electrical Design and Construction, Power and Substations, with the Brooklyn Rapid Transit System. H. C. Heaton, 'Ol, is chief draftsman for the Roadway Depart ment of the Philadelphia Rapid Transit Co. J. H. M. Andrews, '9B, is inspector of special work in the same department.
