Study centers will be established, and night schools opened in conjunction with lectures and correspondence, and all instruc tors engaged in this branch of the work will be fully acquainted with the Methods and requirements of the UniVersity. The United States has not kept pace with England and Germany in the establishment of schools which offer ari opportunity for further education and ' training to people who are at work.
