Trials for the Collegian Board. By reason of cl - anges in the staff of the Collegian, positions are open on the editorial board which must be filled. As in the past these position will be filled by competitive trials. Seniors, Juniors, and Sopho mores are eligible, and the men showing the best all-around ability will be chosen. We wish to emphasize the fact that while literary ability has con siderable weight in this choice, the willingness to do faithful, consistent work is an essential qualification. Each man may rest assured that his work will receive careful considerz - tion, and that absolutely no fa voritism will be shown. This policy is essential to the success of any publication. Applications may be dropped in the door of Room 323 Main, after which assignments will be made for the trials. A call for freshmen will be made later in the year.
