A. Leitzell was reorganized and hereafter will not be conducted on the co-opera tive plan. Mr. Leitzell has become the sole owner and has entered into• an agreement with the Athletic Associa tion to purchase from him all athletic supplies. In consideration of pur chases by the Association and of the good will of its members, a half in terest in the net profits will be given to the Association at the end of each college year. Last year, the Associa tion had a deficit of more than $2OOO. Through the medium of the Athletic store it will not only be able to pay off this indebtedness, but will also be on a stronger financial basis in the future. The Athletic store is a private enter prise on the part of Mr. Leitzell and the Association has no investments or responsibilities whatever. The Associa tion has full access through an audit committee to all accounts and books of the store, and the regular athletic com mittee will receive in consultation with a committee composed of the four class presidents, any one having justi fiable grievances. Tha new athletic store has already met with success and deserves the continued patronage of all members of the association. State enjoys athletics that are good and clean, and to main tain this reputation the expenses of ex perienced coaches are necessary in every department. With this purpose in view, the Athletic store has been organized, and will undoubtedly help swell the treasury of the association. The Co operative Association has declared a dividend of six per cent on last year's purchases, payable on the first.of October. L. L. Richart, 'O7, has a responsi ble position with an electric lighting company in Bellwood, Pa. W. F. Cree, 'OB, is captain of the baseball team and W. W.
