COLLEGE ORBIT The damage done to the Leland Stanford University by the recent earthquake is estimated to be $4,- 000,000. The beautiful $1,000,000 donated by Mrs. Stanford is a com plete wreck. New York University has at least one trait common to the weaker sex, changing her mind. Only recently she abolished football from her athletics and just a little more re cently she reconsidered the matter. Now she will be on hand next fall with the best team it is possible to get. Class Track Meet Postponed The inter-class track meet which was to have been held last Saturday afternoon was postponed. It will probably be held on Monlay af,er • noon of Commencement week, un less Manager Harding can secure the Lafayette track team for that date.
