Alumni Meeting. The third annual meeting of The Pennsylvania State College Alumni As sociation of Eastern Pennsylvania tcok the form of a smoker at the Unive•sity Club, 1510 Walnut Street, Philadel phia, on Friday evening, April 13th. There were twenty-six men present and the informal character of the meeting gave all opportunity to renew old friendships and recollections. In enthusiasm and enjoyment this meet lag surpassed any meeting of previous years. A particularly pleasant feature was the presence of many former students who had not been actively in touch with College affairs and whose loyalty and interest were stimulated anew. Chief among these was Mr. James Bailey, of Co 'ington, Del., who was at one time a member of the class of '62 and who told his experiences at State when the old Main building was erected. At the business meeting which followed the luncheon the following officers for the ensuing year were elected: President, Geo. M. Downing '88; Ist Vice Pres., Chas E. Kremer, '94; 2nd Vice Pres., Jno.
