Phi Delta’s New Home. The Phi Delta Theta Fraternity has broken ground for its new home, which will be located on the campus west of the Beta Theta Pi house. The house will be three stories and will have a frontage of sixty feet and depth of 48 feet, exclusive of ser vants’ quarters. It will have solid brick walls, 13 inches thick, built of deep red pressed brick with gray sandstone trimmings. A twelve foot veranda, will surround three sides of the house. The first floor will consist of reception hall, parlor, music room, library, and dining room; the first four rooms to be connected by eight foot arches. The plans have been completed by Robert Cole» Architect, of Belle fonte. The house is expected to be completed by next commencement. There’s Fun Here. Next Saturday afternoon the Toothpicks, composed of elongated students who lack in avoirdupois, will play a game of football with the Tumblers, a conglomeration of short runts whose vertical and horizontal dimensions more nearly approach equality. It is not necessary to say that the game will be a laughable comedy not to be missed. The game is to be played for the benefit of the State Collegian. H.
