College Miscellany. Dr. Frederick A. Dale, ’93. of Demon!, Pa., who lias been for some time past in the Philippine Islands, serving in the U. S. army in the capacity of acting- assistant sur g-eou, was recently promoted to be assistant surg-eon, with rank of first lieutenant. Georg-e R. Wieland, ’93, is connected with the Peabody Museum of Yale Colleg-e. At the head of a party of scien tists he has been making- investigations in South Dakota. As a result of their labors two skeletons of monsters of for mer ages have been unearthed. Ralph McDonald, '95, has been employed as superinten dent of construction of the Electric Eight & Power Co., of Spartenberg - , South Carolina. Mr. A. W. Smith, ’96, and Miss Sue Hunter, '94, were married, Jan. 30, at Stormstown, Pa. Mr. Smith is at pres ent in Yanderg-rift. W. A. Hutchinson, ’9B, was married to Miss Helen Pat ton, Feb. 14, at Warriors Mark, Pa. J. I-I. M. Andrews, '9B, was in town last month, visiting his Colleg-e friends. He has a g-ood position as draughts man with a Carlisle, Pa., firm. Tustin, ’99, is engaged in engineering work for Neeld and Patterson, of Pittsburg. He is at present stationed at Beaver, Pa. H. P. Wood, '99, is superintendent of the East Side Electric Co., of Detroit, Mich. Barclay, '99, has been transferred from Buffalo, N. Y., to Syracuse, N. Y.
