THE Seniors met with a second defeat on February 2, this time at the hands of the Juniors. Yet, under the circumstances, defeat was not unexpected, since the '99 team was badly crippled by the illness of Neubert and the absence of Stevenson. If they had been in the game, the score would doubtless have been differ ent, but the fact remains that up to the present time only the Juniors and Sophomores have been invincible. From the spec tator's point of view the game appeared to be somewhat rougher than the rules intend that it should be. Pearce and Morgan played well for the Juniors, while Lockwood did the best work for the Seniors. The line-up was:— '99 (2). Beyerle, Tustin. Hayes. Lockwood (Capt.), Heckel (Norman).
