Randolph was elected captain for the season of '99. " Randy " is almost twenty-four years of age, he is 6 feet r% inches tall, and his weight is 215 pounds. He was left-guard on the York Y. M. C. A. team in '93 and '94, on the York Collegiate Institute team in '94, on State's team in '95, '97 and '9B. He played on the '99 class team in his Freshman year as left half-back, and on the Camden Athletic Club team as centre in '96. Randolph has, during the present season as well as past ones, well earned the honor which haS been bestowed upon him by the team. THE FRESHMAN-SOPHOMORE GAME. FRESHMAN 0; SOPHOMORE 0 ON a field covered with several inches of snow and ice, and with the thermometer uncomfortably near the zero mark, the Freshmen and Sophomores lined up on Saturday after noon, December loth, in order to decide whether or not the former should be allowed the privilege of carrying canes. The game was characterized throughout by excessive fumbling on the part of both teams, but this was due more to'the condition of the field than to the players.
