1897-3 novel idea and is very amusing. The second of the “Snob Papers ’ ’ is much to be commended, and we eagerly await the next. Our southern sisters fall considerably below the usual standard. The April University of Virginia Magazine was a sore disap pointment, and the Gray Jacket for March considerably increased this feeling. The former had one redeeming feature, its verse; but the verse of the latter was conspicuous by its absence, for which its editors deserve censure.
