that I was afflicted with the disease, I iisoil a great

impossible to enumerate all the medicines I used.
I was also under thr caro of two of the most dis
tinguished physicians of ihi city, but without re
ceiving much benefit, and I despaired of ever being

being very violent, I commenced usinn the lute

a few applications the violent itching ceased, ihc

maininc, except the scars from the deep pits formed
