and no private entry of any of the lands will be admitted
until after the expiration Si the two weeks.
Preemption claimants are required to establish their
claims to the satisfaction of the proper register and receiver,
and make payment for the same, on or before the day ap
pointed for the commencement of the public sales, otherwise
their claims will be forfeited.

above is not one of those schemes which aro devised to en
trap the unwary, but is and will be a fair sale of the entire
property belonging to the subscriber, persons are positively
