New Lebanon, State of New York. WORTHY FRlEND:—Having made a thorough trial of the Medicated Vavor Bath for four months past, in our societies in Now Lebanon and Watervliet, we think it but justice to state, that we consider it a valuabie improvement in the healing art. Its power in reduc ing both chronic and acute inflamation, also in remov ing spasms, is certainly very great. In cases of ob structed perspiration, it is unquestionably the safest and best remedy that we have ever seen. Several persops in our society, who were scarcely free from a cateethal affection during most of the winter months for totveral years past, have found permanent relief by using the Bath a few times; and the predisposition to take bold, as it is commonly termed, seems to be whol ily removed. Obstructed perspiration, is certainly in our changeable climate, one of the most fruitful sour ces of disease, and any remedy that is capable of re trorting the predisposition to it, must be considered a great blessing to mankind; end as such we do not hesi tate to recommend the Medicated Vapor Bath.
