It is not generally known, but nevertheless true, that
Dregs and spices sold in the East, are lower in price
than whole, of course the profit and cost of grindiak
must be made up by adulteration; dye woods have it
least 15 per cent, and in some cases 25 per cent. of
water added to them. Now water, dust, r orntriesd
and flaxseed meal are plenty here, and we can eat
them in their purity, if so it pleases us, without pay.
