One of these agents will inspect the Hemp that may be sent toLouisville, Kentucky, and the other that which may be sent to St Louis, in Missouri, These a gents will be furnished with samples of Riga Rein Hemp, and with the means of testing Hemp, and will be ready to give all information in ;liar povrest, to en able contractors to have their hemp properly pleparecl, and to ascertain the strength and character of it, be fore the expense of sending it to the navy yard is incur red.
