On Monday night twelve hundred rifled muskets were brought into thecity from the Arsenal and deposited in the City Hall. On Tuesday afternoon all the companies in the second regiment and the batalion formed on Monday, now including the Butler Blues and Moi ungahela Aitillery, were marched to the hall, where Arms were distributed to such as had none, by the Ouurtermaster. The Greys retained a portion of their arms, fifty new muskets, recently procurred, and got enough more m equip the remainder of the company. The volunteers looked formidable enough with their new wea pons, and it would be a dangerous ex periment to attempt to intercept the pro gresa of. the force which will leave here to day. DEPARTURE OK Til £ VOLI’NTXERb. Peremptory orders have been issued by Brig. Gen. Negley, commanding the I irs’t Brigade Western Pennsylvania Volunteers, under which (unless countermanded by Gov. Curtin) the force now collected here will be sent to Harrisburg this morning - - The companies composing the regiment an I battalion are ordered to rendezvous on West Commons, Allegheny, ... 7 o’clock this morning, when they will form in line of battle and march to the depot of the Penn sylvania Railroad (passing through some of the principal streets) leaving the city by special train at ten o'clock. There will be Bad hearts to-day, but the prayers of the whole community will follow our brave volunteers. They must triumph in so right eous a cause and return covered with honor and glory. No unnecessary marching will be imposed upon the volunteers, on their return they will pass over the St. Clair street bridge and direckly up Penn street to the cars provided for them, which they are ordered to reach by nine o'clock. . .
