In the Court of Common Pleas, on Saturday, before Judges M’Clure, Mellon, Adams and Parke, A. W. Foster, E*q., aaked fora rule to show cause why the election of two of the present trustees should not bo set a*-ide, alleg ing that they had been illegally cb 'S'.ui, under the charter. A preliminary argument was had, J. H.
