last, the sum $2,414,003 was appropriated to de•
fray the anneal expenses of collecting the revenue,
in addition to such amt "as may bet ecelved tram
storage, cortege, drayage, and tabor."
By the prow/mons of the am of 3d March, IS4O,
in lion of the nett revenue, "the gra:wan:mum of all
duties received from customs, from the sales of
public. Lads, and from nil Mill.llnueous,sources,"
