vindicate the majesty athe laws and protect the
important interests of society.
Although precedents may by found, which will

of the State, to file a bill againsohis "Corporaticu,”
we deem it more respectful to the constituted aic
thorities, to solicit their counsel, authority, and co.
operation, in the prosecution of a maer of aneh
