No extension of time for eliveries under arty

application to the commandant of the yard at which

be subject to the inspection of the yard where

Approved sureties in twice the estimated amount
will be required in the manner set forth in the form
of contract, and ten per cenium in addition will be
withheld from the amount of each payment as
collateral security for the faithful ped.irmanoe of
