Another revolution has broken out in Beane, at
the head of which are the dubs. The mob pro.

The Swiss Guards were called in, to resist the

entered the Palace to protect him by their moral
influence.
Some attempts were made to fire the Palace, ha t

Guards, and shooting Palmer the Pope's Secretary
in the breast.
An overwhelming force of beteiger. compelled
the Pope into submission. Among the list of mi.

The French government has sent a force Into
Vecchea to support the Pope, and protect him from
his subjects.
This aid from France would no doubt have iritlti

consisted of foursteam frigates, carrying a brigade,
which Gum, it was believed, would secure the lib

of his cabinet.
Aa Envoy was also sent to cooky with the
French Ambassador. Additional troops will follow
if it is peens:lcy.

the Pope and his saborrts.
French funds have improvod.
There was a report current in Paris on the lst,
that Winilishgratz was assassinated, but it was
not credited.
The impression was gaining ground that Francs
would settle quietly down after the Presidential
election.

publican socialists' rising and assassinating seve
ral memberant the German Parliament has bran
