Division will be under his charge, and will
make all communications respecting their
duties or ihe business of the road, io him,
except as otherwise provided in this Order.
II. The Eastern Division, from
Sunbury to Whetham. will be under the sup
erintendence of SAMLEH A. BLACK, whose
title will be Superintendent of the Eastern
Division. Employees on this Division will be
under his charge.' and will make al commu
nications respecting their duties or the busi
ness of the road, to him, except as otherwise
provided in this Order.
III. The Accounts orFreight and Pas
senger Business will, on the Western Divis

BOGGS, whose title will he Assistant Audit
