Washington Heights Has Bicycle Races The boys of the Washington Heights district held the first bicy cle race meet of the season on the Washington Heights road, which had been smoothed to make a good track, yesterday. Sick Boy Shot by Friend For Not Going to Movies Philadelphia, Pa., June 6.—Chiding him with being lazy, Francis Naper. 15 years old, fired a revolver at Rob ert Renner, 11 years old, who was ly ing sick in bed at home last night. The bullet struck Renner in the right temple and caused his death a short time later In the Roosevelt Hospital. Napier was arrested by Policeman Boyce and locked up In the House of Detention. Naper told Renner if he didn't get up and accompany him to the movies he would make hiin get up, that lie was not sick, but lazy, and pointing the weapon, fired.
