Mitchell Palmer, custodian of alien property, in behalf of dependants of Austro-Hungarian workmen who were huH or killed In Pennsylvania industrial accidents since the war began. The cases involve over half a million dollars in claims. The list includes nine at Philadelphia, twen ty-four at Pittsburgh, twenty-eight at Pottsville, twenty-seven at Scran ton, six at Lancaster, six at Wil liamsport, twelve at Kane and twen ty-nine at Altoona. Uses Revolver in Feud of Long Standing In a fight last night at Twelfth and Monroe streets, Richard James, 1156 Cumberland street, shot.and se riously injured Julius Becote. Be cote's mother and James' wire both figured in the shooting. James was arrested by Policeman Dickey and Becote was taken to the Harrisburg Hospital. „ The light is said to have been the result of a feud of long ,standing. Becote was shot through the stomach. Baptists Plan For Big Enlistment Campaign The machinery for inaugurating and carrying on the National Baptist Enlistment Week Campaign, which openß Sunday and closes one week from that day, has been perfected during the last two weeks by mem bers oi the Tabernacle Baptist Church, Shis city, of which the Rev. Dr. Mill ard Osmore Pelrce is pastor. The objective of the campaign is the spiritual enlistment of every man and woman and their enrollment in definite, christian service. Commit tees have been organized, calling lists have been formed, home prayer meet ings have, been scheduled and the general lay-out of the campaign has been completed by tabefnacle com municants.
