(d) The number, size, style and make of the motor and an accurate description of the parts furnished; Provided, however, in the case of a motor vehicle owned by a citizen of Harrlsburg, who regularly has re pairs made at such repair shop and the fact of such ownership is well known to the owner, lessee or man ager thereof, no record shall be re quired to be kept. Section 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the pro visions of this ordinance shall upon conviction thereof before the Mayor or any alderman of the city, be sub ject to a fine of not less than twenty five dollars, nor more than one hun dred dollars, for each and every vio lation thereof, and in default of the payment of said fine, and costs of prosecution, may be Imprisoned in the jail of Dauphin County for a period not exceeding thirty days.
