Some unofficial predictions say It will be carried out by February 1, • but the most conservative officials connected with the project believe all these plans will be finished and in commission before the summer cam paign Is under way. From unofficial but reliable sourcos it is learned that the Liberty mo tor bids fair to revolutionize aeronau tics and that the statement concern ing it issued by Secretary Baker wa<? most conservative. With the motor standardized, manufacture in large, quantities can proceed with speed. Power and minimum weight are the qualities which are expected to make it superior to any foreign motor.
