CHARGES AGAINST TWO PATROLMEN WILL BE PROBED Officers Bibb and Kautz Sum moned to Appear Before Council With two formal complaints lodg ed against city police officers, Acting Mayor Gorgas will ask Council next Tuesday to set a date for hearing the charges. The first complaint was made yesterday by Samuel Fishman, pro prietor of the Lenox Hotel, who charges that Officer A. D. Bibb, col ored, used loud, boisterous and un seemly language and talked In an abusive manner. According to the police department, Fishman is charged with violation of a city traffic ordinance. Alderman De- Miontf has reserved his decision in the case. The other complaint was made to day by C. E. Webb, 120 North Sev enteenth street, wlio alleged that Officer Kautz, while on duty at fourth and Market streets, neglect ed his duty and did not stop a dog nght. In the charge it is stated a bystander stopped the light. Mr. vvebb claims Officer Kautz was ask ed to separate the dogs. Acting Mayor Gorgas stated both cases would bo taken up by him when Council meets on Tuesday.
