The purchaser shall pay to the Com monwealth of Pennsylvania, through the office of the Superintendent of Public Grounds and Buildings, Harris burg. T.n., by certified check or Unit ed States currency, the amount at which the said building or buildings and structures are awarded to them, as follows: A cash payment of 25 per cent, shall be made on day of sale and the balance before entering upon the property to remove the material pur chased.
