Economic Qncntfon
Social insurance is regarded by many
students of the subject as one of the
most Important social and economic
questions before the world, and the
division of humanity that Is now re

the approach of State to grant relief,
its advocates assert.
Actual statistics collected'by the Ger

longevity of the males In the thirty
year period preceding 1900 equivalent
to twelve years to the life of each,
and a marked improvement in the phy

The question of garbage disposal is
being thoroughly considered by '.lie
Forum, through several authoritative
sources, and unless some action is taken
by the city to relieve the stress, a
public mass meeting will be called,
wherein definite and authoritative pro

will be made for the council to act.
The question of food prices will also
come up which now seriously affect
