BAXKGRS DISCUSS CRISIS Scranton, Pa., Feb. 23.—Preparedness iind the uncertainties of the crisis with Germany were among the principal themes discussed at a banquet here last night of Group 3 of the Pennsylvania Bankers' Association. A plea for com pulsory military training made by Har ris Dickson, author, of Vicksburg, Miss., was greeted with applause by more than bankers at the dinner. Frank . M. Feb. 23.—Miss Isabella Kirk, aged 19, daughter of Thomas. F. Kirk, Jr., manager of the Nixon The ater. was killed and her mother a::d brother, Frank Kirk, aged 12, were seriously injured her last night when a street car crashed into the Kirk auto mobile. Just before the street car hit the automobile Miss lvlrk leaped from the machine directly in front of the car and was caught beneath the car.
