Trolley Case In Court. The Dau phin county court to-day was petition ed by P. E. Guttshall and J. T. Theall, the crew of a Harrlsburg Railways Company trolley car, for a jury trial in an appeal from a summary con viction lor violating the Steelton borough fire regulation ordinances. The crew on December 18 was fined $25 by Burgess Wigfield for violating a borough ordinance by running past operating fire engines and otherwise interfering with firemen while fighting a fire. Letters on SliafTner Estate. Let ters of administration on the estate of Walter R. Shaffner were issued to-day by Register of Wills Roy C. Danner to the dead man's father, John M. Shaffner, this city. Limousines Added to Livery Service of Davis & Hargest Six new Willys-Knight limousines were delivered this week to Davis &. Hargest by the Overland Harrlsburg Company, and will be subject to calls for theaters, parties, social events and funerals. An attractive motor-driven hearse mounted on a Willys-Knight chassis will be delivered the first of the year. This equipment will then be among the finest livery outfits in the State. A new building has been con structed at 304 Muench street, thor oughly flre-proof in every respect. This building has a capacity of fifty cars and the space not used for the motor livery service will be used for garace purposes. For nine years J. S. Hargest and IT. S. Davis have been associated in the livery business. The horses and cabs have been moved to the old car barns at Fourth and Delaware streets.
