Station j THURSDAY EVENING, Clouser, of Mlddletown, an em ploye of the Wlncroft Stove Works, which had insured liability in the State insurance fund. Clouser suffered an accident to his hand which resulted in permanent injury to a hand. He was Kiven an award In compensation arid the fund asked for a review claim ing that disability had ceased. Referee Saylor decided the termination of the compensation agreement, The board, however, adopts the posi tion of the Knglish courts and revers ed the referee in part. The referee had terminated the compensation agreement as of June 15, but the decision suspends payments from August 3 "so long as the capacity ov earning power of the claimant remain unchanged not "to ex ceed 300 or 500 weeks' periods fixed in the act for partial or total disability as the case may be, with a declaration of nominal liability on the part of the employer which liability is subject to future petition to the board to be modi fied or terminated." In the opinion it Is set forth that Clouser had admitted that his earning capacity was not impaired by the acci dent and that he was earning at the time of the last hearing more per day that he was earning at the time he was iniirred. It Is nlso noted that the Indues to which he belonged stopped paying benefits in June.
