Local Physicians Attend Outing at Lancaster The annual outing of tlie Fourth Censorial District of tlve State Medi cal Society including physicians of Lancaster, Dauphin and Lebanon counties, was held at the Lancaster Country Club, yesterday. About a hundred members were present. A buffet luncheon was served at 10:30 o'clock inp the morning with the ban quet in the afternoon with Dr. Eppley of Lancaster, president of this district, as toastmaster. Dr. J. B. McAlister, of this city, talked on the "Workman's Compensation Act. Dr. R. E. Holmes, of the Dauphin Society won the golf tournament and he was presented with a cup. This was the statement made by Fire Chief John C. Kindler to-day when asked why his new car was not the same color as the old one. "* wave been asked that question a hundred times," said Chief Kindler. "Red is not the only color used in the fire department, but it appears to be a general opinion that a fire chief ought to ride in a red car. So the next two years when the black paint is worn oft my car I will have it painted red."
