ALCOHOL MAKES DECLINE OF 71-2 Accompanied by Further Re cessions in Other War Issues; Rails Hold New York, July 10.—Persistent sell ing of Alcohol, which made an ex treme decline of 7% points to 121, the lowest price of the year, was accom panied by further recessions in other war and semiwar issues during the forenoon. There were occaslonable feeble rallies but the undertone con tinued heavy. Another sharp break In the price of bar silver was without appreciable ef fect on stocks most concerned. Rails held surprisingly steady in the face of additional large imports of American Securities from London, suggest a re newal of foreign liquidation. Bonds were irregular in sympathy with the stock list. CHICAGO GRAIN, MARKET By Associated Press Chicago. July 10. Close: Weat—July, $1.08; September, sl.lO. Corn—July, 78tyc; September, 74% c.
