His wife died a few minutes after she was taken to the institution. WHY HK WENT BACK TO JAIL Because James K. Rlchwine wasn't in "the proper frame of mind" when he appealed to the Dauphin county court this morning to obtain his re lease from prison without bail, he was remanded to jail again for another week. Richwlne has been in custody for failing to pay $4 weekly toward the support of his children in accordance with a court order. To-day he appeal ed for release to go to his job. Be fore his attorney could submit the facts to the judges and plead for len iency for Richwine, the latter rather defiantly questioned the right of the authorities to restrain him at all. "Why," said the court, "this man Isn't in exactly the proper frame of mind to appear for the court to ask a favor. We'll send him back and hear his case next Monday."
