The purchaser shall pay to the Com
monwealth of Pennsylvania, through
the oflice of the Superintendent of Pub
lic Grounds and Buildings. Harrisburg,
Pa., by certified check or United States
currency, the amount at which the said

awarded to them, as follows: A cash
payment of 25 per cent, shall be made
on day of sale and the balance before
entering upon the property to remove

In all cases where the premises are
unoccupied, possession will be given the

ises are vacated. The Commonwealth
will not be responsible for any damage
