To Work for Next Year Through the co-operation of the Civic Club and all interested it is hoped that next Spring there may be a general planting of flowers in porch and window boxes throughout the city. The general plan contemplates an or ganization of subcommittees for every district of the city, these districts being arranged in sucn manner as to make the canvass of the property owners comparatively easy.
