Attorney on Stand in To-day's Criminal Court Quizzer became the "quizzee" In Judge McCarrell's court of September j quarter sessions this morning during! the trial of Max Levitz, charged with j I receiving stolen goods, when Attorney j Robert Stucker, a well-known mem-1 ber of the Dauphin county bar was called to the witness stand. Levitz was convicted of accepting! half a barrel of flour thai had been! stolen from a freight car. Stucker! got into the case when it was brought out that Levitz went to the latter's office with the idea of attempting to "settle" the action. Levitz said he didn't expect to pay j anything. He even objected to pay-1 lng the usual retaining fee. The court- \ room was convulsed when Mr. Stucker; concisely explained the way he closed j the Interview.
