FRANK APPEAL DOCKETED Washington, D. C.. Jan. IS. The habeas corpus appeal of M. Frank, convicted of the murder of Mary Pha gan, the Atlanta, Ga., factory girl, was docketed to-day in the Supreme Court. The State of Georgia may now at any time move to have it advanced for early hearing. Without such action It will not he reached in the regular course of business for nearly eighteen months. MORGAN VISITS WILSON Washington. D. C., Jan. 18. Pier pont Morgan was on President Wilson's list of callers to-day. The financier declined to say in advance what mat ters would be discussed with the Presi dent. but declared that the principal object of his mission here at this time was In connection with the meeting with the advisory council of the Fed eral Reserve system, of which he is a member. SUSPECT ARRESTER Henry Johnson, colored, was arrest ed by Patrolman Hoffman. Saturday night while prowling around the yards of uptown residences. When arrested he had three burlap bags beneath his shirt. The police believe Johnson knows something about recent chicken and refrigerator robberies in the west end of the city. SERVICES TOR MRS.
